We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill it. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, you'll receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Using the product safely
Our keepsake frame is intended to be used by adults. Always follow the instructions included with the product, supervise closely when taking your baby's prints, and keep all materials out of children's mouths and reach. Stop using the materials if you notice any skin irritation.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to First Trace or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Trace is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
