Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders to the United States arrive within 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany may take a few extra days.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays and lost packages
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carriers, weather or holidays. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at firsttraceco@gmail.com and we'll help you right away.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.
